Follow The Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

In a bowl, gently combine the softened Boursin cheese with most of the chopped almonds and diced prosciutto, reserving a small amount of each for garnish. (5 minutes)

Carefully make a lengthwise slit in each date, being mindful not to cut all the way through. Gently open each date and fill with the Boursin mixture. (15 minutes)

Arrange the stuffed dates on the prepared baking sheet. (2 minutes)

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dates are heated through and the filling is bubbly and lightly golden. (25 minutes)

Remove from oven and lightly drizzle with honey. Garnish with the reserved almonds, prosciutto, and fresh parsley. (5 minutes)

For best results, use Medjool dates, as they are naturally soft and sweet.
Toasting the almonds enhances their flavor and adds a pleasant crunch.
If Boursin® is unavailable, you can substitute with another creamy garlic and herb cheese.
These stuffed dates can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
