For a deeper flavor, consider adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika or a dash of soy sauce.
This marinade is also excellent on chicken or ribs.
Marinating time can be extended up to 24 hours for maximum flavor penetration. If marinating longer than 4 hours, ensure the pork is refrigerated.
Leftover marinade can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
